Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect on this site, why, and what you can require from us. It applies to withnet.tn, operated by MapWay Tunisia.

What we collect

Only what you send us voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message.

This site sets no cookies at all, neither its own nor anyone else's. It loads no social media pixel and no ad network, and needs no consent banner. Fonts are served from our own server.

Audience measurement

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. The tool runs entirely without cookies and collects no personal data: it builds no profile and no identifier that could follow you across sites.

What is measured is aggregated: page viewed, referring site or search engine, device type, country. The script is served from analytics.ahrefs.com, which receives your IP address in order to answer the request. Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. acts as a processor.

If you would rather not be counted, a script blocker or private browsing is enough. The site remains fully functional without this measurement.

The map on the contact page

The contact page shows a map provided by TMaps, our own mapping service, also operated by MapWay Tunisia. It only loads if you scroll down to it. At that point your IP address is sent to tiles.tmaps.tn so the map tiles can be delivered. No cookie is set and no profile is built.

Why we process it

• To answer your enquiry and send you a quotation.
• To manage the commercial relationship if one begins.
• To meet our accounting and tax obligations.

The legal basis is your consent when you write to us, then performance of the contract if work starts.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted after twelve months. Data attached to a contract is kept for the applicable statutory accounting period, which is ten years.

Who has access

Only the MapWay Tunisia team. We neither sell nor rent your data. The contact form passes through a technical email delivery provider, which acts on our instructions and does not exploit the data.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, or object to its processing. Write to support@mapway.tn and we will respond within thirty days.

In Tunisia you may also refer the matter to the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP). If you reside in the European Union, you additionally hold the rights granted by the GDPR, including data portability.

Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Form data travels over an encrypted connection. No public database is exposed on this site, which consists of static files.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with the date at the top updated accordingly.
